I wanted to share my weight loss story..... I have lost 25lbs of fat with no muscle loss. I loss 5 inches off my waist, 3 inches off my chest. I am down 3 pant sizes, and 2 shirt sizes. Yes I had to buy all new cloths.. :) I now see muscles I haven't seen in years. I feel amazing!
